The DMS is an apt compact solution for small businesses to manage their delivery logistics, as well as for any logistics service providers who manages their riders and uses them to deliver multiple orders from multiple shop owners.
The suite components include
# Client
- provision to create an order received from their end customer
# Logistics Coordinator
- provision to see all orders received from all shops, including their destination address
- provision to see the available riders near by the shop for any selected order
- provision to allocate a free rider to deliver the order
- validates for capacity of the rider
# Rider
- view the orders assigned to the rider, as a priority order
- provision for the rider to mark the order as "Picked"
- provision for the rider to mark the order as "Delivered", with the assistance of the end customer
