I’ve been using this app for a while now with no problems but on this day of this review I redeemed a card and like always it was successful had my funds in my wallet, this is where the bad news started, when I tried withdrawing funds to my Kuda back it said failed but funny enough my funds isn’t back in my wallet it just vanished. Tried Checking Kuda and the funds wasn’t there either. Mind you it wouldn’t be the first time withdrawing funds to my Kuda. Decided to text their customer service turns out they either don’t wanna reply or it’s taking them forever to till now I still have gotten my funds 😡

I signed up for their services, thinking they would help me process payments efficiently. But what I got was a nightmare. ApexPay "accidentally" charged me' cards multiple times, causing unnecessary stress and and ripping me off . But the final straw was when they *withheld my funds* loading card only to tell me they are used card , without explanation! When I tried to reach out to their customer support, I was met with silence or generic responses that didn't address my concerns. It's clear that ApexPay prioritizes their own interests over their vendors' well-being. *They're essentially stealing from us!* Don't make the same mistake I did.
