The KomFinder app facilitates fault diagnosis of Komatsu construction equipment.
This application consolidates previous fault diagnosis records and provides the operator with inspection item priorities and common inspection points based on fault codes and phenomena displayed on the machine monitor, enabling rapid fault diagnosis.
・How to use
Before installing the app. 1) obtain a Komatsu Global Portal account and 2) register as a user of the application.
After completing the registration, enter the user account and password of your Komatsu Global Portal account on the login screen displayed after launching the application and sign in. Once you have successfully signed in, you will be redirected to the top screen of the Diagnosis screen.
