App is too slow seems like its APIs are hosted on some free shared hosting service lol take ages to login and show points and redeeming points is also difficult due to app slow performance. there are some other flaws in app- on iphone ios 15 in app input fields u cant paste data into it like if u copy transaction number or IBN u cant paste it u have to manually type it.- i have a lot of transactions to pakistan via Remitly payement gateway which are credited to my bank account however i not get any points for it nor auto nor through self reward claim. pls fix and add Remitly Western union etc too - In user profile unique ID cant be edited its only limiter to digits however unique id on my transactions is name alphabets so pls fix this too- customer support is bad when i call on helpline it put me on hold for more than 10 min and so far i have not talked to any human operator nor i got reply from their mail support too thanks.

I am changing my original review of bad experience to satisfied customer. At first I was having the same issues with the app, but on January 18,2022 I emailed the support with screenshots of the errors. In 2 weeks I received a message with link & instructions, so I downloaded new version and registered my account. I added my transactions and gained points but app was giving me various error messages plus my WU transactions and beneficiary transfer service wasn’t available. So I took screenshots again emailed the customer support ok January 30 and now on February 1st when I logged in to add my points it asked to update new version from App Store. After updating “Wollah” they resolved all my mentioned points and now I hold a Gold Status 👑 Note: App allows only 3 transactions per day to add and it’s from October 1st 2021 only. Thanks to the customer support team 🙏🏻🤲🏻😎

On registration, the very 2nd step is “oh snap” which is a pop-up window, tells us that transaction verification would take 5 days then you will be proceeded to next step of account registration. Kindly let us complete the registration process with pending status until transaction verification. It will also let our device allow to memorize our login details.

In recent update. They claimed that app is working on ios bit still not opening the app I downloaded this app with hopes of managing the points ,but it has been nothing but a disappointment. The app frequently crashes, making it nearly impossible to use. Even when it does manage to stay open, it is slow and unresponsive. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting my device, but nothing seems to fix the issues. It's frustrating.I hope the developers can address these problems in future updates, but for now, I would not recommend this app to anyone.
