After sign-in, you can instantly switch to any group property you’re permitted to access and view its live data. Daily Management Presents the day’s key indicators—turnover, average room rate, occupancy, and major revenue lines—at a glance, with quick comparisons for today, last 7/30 days, and custom ranges. Status Provides detailed charts and figures for in-house guests, expected arrivals/departures, availability, occupancy, arrival–departure flow, and room status—supporting real-time planning and workload management. Sales Dashboard Makes sales performance visible across channels, markets, and periods, including target vs. actual comparisons and trend views. Asset Status Helps track fixed assets/inventory status, usage, and maintenance needs, with notes on issues and servicing for a clear operational picture. Reports Reports are organized under Management, Occupancy, Analysis, Control, and Forecast groups. Users can view any report in-app and share it as a PDF. Approvals Centralizes Purchasing Approvals, Reservation Discount Approvals, Payment Approvals, Stock Demand Approvals, and Vehicle Tracking & Approval. Review each record, approve/deny, and add notes or questions when needed. Reservations (Guest List) Tracks the full arrival–stay–departure cycle. View current guests, reservation details, and guest folio spendings; reach records quickly with search and filters. Reputation Analysis Aggregates ratings and reviews by source, surfacing sentiment, response rates, and distribution to monitor overall reputation performance. Booking (Make Reservation) Enables quick availability and rate search to create new reservations, with flows aligned to guest details and pricing rules. POS Dashboard Consolidates POS and SPA revenues into a single view, allowing department-level personalization so you track only the items that matter. Provides summary metrics and simple period comparisons to clarify day-to-day performance for your teams.
