Gym Hero helps lifters stay consistent with fast logging, better health context, and private in-workout guidance.
A beautiful, fully functional app. I think it’s designed well and marketed towards an experience lifter. I’d love to be able to select exercises & see examples, how tos, or see the muscle groups it targets. Requiring me to add all my exercises and not being able to draw from a bank is the only knock down for me, but it’s a big one in my opinion. Otherwise it’d be a 5 star app.

Thanks for the thoughtful review. You're right that the current setup is strongest for lifters who already know their exercise library, and we can do better for everyone else. We're improving setup and guidance so choosing movements and building workouts takes less manual work.
New: weekly muscle group radar chart on the home screen to visualise training balance at a glance. Wellbeing metrics moved to the Measures tab for easier access.
