False promises and lack of accountability

I purchased a massage chair from the OSIM store in October 2024, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The store assured me that they would haul away my old massage chair when the new one was delivered. However, when the delivery driver arrived, they claimed they had no instructions to pick up the old chair.I immediately called the store, and they said they were too busy that day but promised to send someone to pick it up later. It has now been two months, and despite calling the store every two weeks to follow up, my old massage chair is still sitting in my living room, blocking our walkway and causing a major inconvenience.The worst part is that the store has now started ignoring my calls altogether. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying from OSIM, beware of false promises and lack of accountability.

Massage stops after a few minutes. Loses connection

I’ve already email about this but have been asked to send a video. When you record the screen the phone does not go to sleep and thus the session doesn’t abruptly stop. If I manual turn off the screen the massage will stop in approx two minutes. If I let the screen turn off automatically the massage will stop about two minutes after the screen automatically turns itself off. The must be some keepalive issue with the program. Does not happen with the old app.

App crashed and the control panel doesn’t work

The app will crash in the middle of the massage program. The massage program continues but the chair can’t return to upright position after the program ends because the Bluetooth keeps failing to pair and the control panel is non responsive. Trying to climb out of the chair to turn off the power is dangerous! Please fix the bug and let me know how to reset the control panel while sitting in the chair without unplug the power.

If you guys are going to sell expensive hardware invest in a team outside of India Fiverr techs to write your apps 🤦🏻‍♂️
