If you have listened to any of the podcasts that Dr Tro has been on, you’ll know that he really wants to educate people on what works for sustainable weight loss, improving health outcomes and bringing people together in community. I have been blessed to be a patient of his for almost two years now and have learned so much from his team and from the information on this app. It’s user friendly and builds such a sense of community. I couldn’t imagine this journey I’m on without the app. I’ve made some deep connections with people I would have otherwise not met. I’m forever grateful to Dr Tro and his team for the love and support and passion they all show every single day.
