Dear Developer, Thank you for replying and providing a suggestion to retrieve the upswipe arrow to display Multiple Columns and Multiple Rows of pieces from which to simultaneously select. I Already had this feature selected and still the Upswipe Arrow had disappeared, however today the arrow MAGICALLY appeared and I can now view and select from (on my phone) 40 !!!!! Pieces At A Time!! So now, it is again, a much more enjoyable puzzle experience. However it happened, thank you.🧩🧩🧩

Updates usually fix something but the recent update that deleted the arrow to have full screen view and select Many pieces at a time is not a fix or improvement😠. It makes the game Much Less Enjoyable only being able to view a few pieces at a time and having to go swiping the bar back and forth to look for pieces. Until this 'fix' is 'unfixed' I am looking for a new puzzle app.

Thank you for your feedback! To have the little arrow back, you can turn on the feature in the "Settings" - "Multiple Select". The new multi-select function allows you to select multiple items directly in the candidate column, and then drag or click the puzzle board to move them. We may make some changes that are different from the past in each update, and we will also collect and discuss users' suggestions and continue to improve. I like your puzzles. I work them every night before I turn out the light. Lately however, the ads have me about to delete the app altogether. I understand that you rely on ads to fund your site and enable you to create other content. I don’t argue that. What’s maddening is being l led into loops. I let the ad run as long as there is no music. The volume is low so I can hear the satisfying ‘snap’ of a piece going into place. If I hit the volume icon on the ad with noise, sometimes the whole ad freezes. ‘Done’ pops up. If I hit ‘Done’ the ad goes back to the beginning, noise and all. If I turn the iPad volume down, wait for the ad to end, hit ‘Done’ and the X (to exit), the ‘Done’ page pops up again, and again, and again… until I double click the home button and swipe the ad off my screen. After a few maddening rounds of this I close the app and play something else. Your puzzles aren’t the only puzzles on the internet, but when they’re not such a nuisance, I enjoy them the most. Before I delete the app altogether I want to let you know why. If there’s something I’m not doing right, please let me know soon. Instead of relaxed I end up wound up. The only alternative I can think of is to take up drinking before bedtime. I’ll mull that over. Thanks for your attention. I’ll watch this space.

This is the third time I’ve written about the size of the sample picture. It used to be able to adjust it so the smaller version could be kept to the side and not obstruct the game. Then it became too big and always covers part of the game making it necessary to move the sample time and time again. I resigned myself to not seeing it changed to the adjustable size but I’m in the middle of a 400 piece puzzle and I’m just plain tired of moving the sample off the puzzle so I can see what I’m doing. PLEASE make the sample adjustable again. It was a stupid change. Can’t imagine why anyone thought it would be a good idea. Love the puzzles but am getting frustrated.

It appears I never sent the above paragraph the last time you made a horrible change. Now this one with the side pieces is even way worse. The sample hides the pieces AND a part of the puzzle. STOP making changes. Every time you do, it is a disaster. This one may really drive me off to another app. Don’t you understand the sample shouldn’t have to be moved frequently. It is more than annoying. Go back to the one before this last change. I do not want to have to also move pieces in three directions. IT IS AN AWFUL CHANGE.
