We have improved the behaviour of the ticket comment tab, making the user experience more fluid and clean.

We implemented ticket pointing. Now with this feature you can see a chat with the timeline of your ticket, as well as view and upload files directly from your mobile phone. To use the feature, simply go to the ticket details and click on the "Comments" button.
