畅听助手APP是中国联通，腾讯天籁实验室，中国聋人协会，广州亿语智能共同推出的一款辅听工具。
内置腾讯会议旗下天籁实验室专门为听障用户打造的个性化AI语音增强辅听算法，让听障用户不光听得清，而且“看得清”。该算法同时赋能语音通话和实时字幕双场景，实现典型噪音场景下单一字节言语识别率提升66%，和实时字幕识别准确率提高5.5-9.9个百分点。
在测听方面，用户基于APP+耳机形态，经过自主测试后，可以获得个性化的听损状态。
在辅听方面，基于天籁AI语音增强提升ASR噪音鲁棒性，实现近程声学辅听+字幕辅听。
在畅听方面，通过畅听王卡的基础功能，实现实时的语音转文字和视频通话字幕辅助。
在无助听器的时候，利用手机的算力降噪，辅听，为听障用户的面对面沟通，和电话沟通提供便利。
