Patients uses these devices at home to monitor their health outside the doctor's office, which automatically shares vitals with their provider. GeeseMedRPM also provide real time notifications for vital capture as per remote care program rules.
With the GeeseMedRPM app and devices, patients can reliably share medically accurate data such as:
