Die App ist ein Projekt des Dokumentationszentrums Reichsparteitagsgelände. Das ehemalige Reichsparteitagsgelände in Nürnberg war von den Nationalsozialisten als Ort der Propaganda geplant, wurde nie fertiggestellt und ist heute Lernort, Mahnmal und städtebauliche Herausforderung zugleich. Die App "Das Gelände" lässt Nutzer*innen auf interaktive Spurensuche gehen. Auf dem Gelände, aber auch von zu Hause aus, wird unsichtbares sichtbar gemacht und die oft nicht mehr oder unvollständig vorhandene Architektur wird in ihren Dimensionen und ihrer Bedeutung begreifbar.
