UMA is the app of South African born, South Indian devotional singer Magantharen Balakisten.
The App is FREE and will provide access to a collection of devotional audio recordings and sacred works which include Saint Arunagirinathar’s Thiruppugazh, Mayil Virutham and Kandhar Anubhuthi, Devaraya Swamigal’s Kandha Sashti Kavasam and Sathru Samhara Vel Pathigam, Srimath Pamban Swamigal’s Thiruvadi Thuthi and Navaveerar Navarathna Kali Virutham, a collection of Thevaram verses, Sacred Chants and the ever popular Ganapathy Thaalam.
Find Books and Papers containing AruNagirinAthar’s Vel, Mayil and Seval Virutham in Tamil, English Transliteration and English translation for daily reading as well as an English version of Kandha Puranam.
A full audio narration of NV Karthikeyan’s book, “Kandhar Anubhuthi - God Experience” is available under the Podcast section.
The “Thiruppugazh” section is under construction and will contain “sing along” videos with lyrics as well as commentary in the near future.
The training and learning function will be exclusive to participants learning music and Thiruppugazh directly from Magantharen Balakisten.
