■ Your phone camera is the scanner
No handheld terminal to buy. Scan a barcode or QR code to record Stock In, Stock Out and Stock Count (stocktaking) on the spot. When shelf numbers or lot codes are baked into the same barcode, Scan Patterns pull out just the item code. The same stock is there on your PC browser too.
■ Stock moves in just five ways
- Stock In — purchases and returns, with partner and unit cost
- Stock Out — sales, use and disposal, with selling price for gross profit
- Transfer — change location, lot or expiry inside a site
- Adjustment — damage, loss and corrections
- Stock Count — enter the counted quantity and the difference is applied for you
Record these five and your stock counts, costs and reports keep themselves up to date. Save transactions as Scheduled and everything you are waiting to receive or ship sits in one list.

Keep stock separate per site (warehouse, store) while one item master stays shared with the whole team. Go finer with location (shelf, floor), lot number and expiry or best-before date. First-in-first-out becomes easy, with traceability ready for recalls in food, cosmetics and medical supplies.
■ Alerts before it costs you
Set a Min Stock and Max Stock per item. Low Stock, Overstock, Expired and Expiring Soon are all detected automatically, so you reorder before you run out and use things up before they expire.
■ Purchase orders and packing slips, straight from the transaction
Turn a Stock In into a purchase order PDF, and a Stock Out into a packing slip and a picking list with locations. Pick the issue date, tax type and honorific, and the document is ready to send in seconds. A Stock Out can also export shipping-label CSV files for major Japanese carriers.
■ Not just counts — profit, and what to do next
Choose Weighted Average Cost or Standard Cost and your inventory value and gross profit are calculated for you. Monthly reports cover Stock In and Stock Out quantities, values and gross profit, and ABC analysis of Stock Out results shows which items deserve your attention. AI then analyzes how things moved over a period and suggests the next action (AI data analysis is available on eligible plans). Stuck on how something works? The in-app AI assistant answers 24/7.
■ Move over from spreadsheets in minutes
Import your existing Excel workbooks (.xlsx, .xlsm) and CSV files exactly as they are — no conversion — and export back to the same formats, so migration and backups take minutes. Add your own fields (text, number, date, barcode) to items and transactions for colors, sizes or control numbers.
■ Made for teams
Invite members and split the work with Admin, Member and Viewer roles. Every entry appears on everyone's screen at once, so inventory is no longer locked in one person's head, and transaction history records who did what and when.
