Great app and love that I can use my Apple Watch during my workouts.

Easy to connect with Spivi, works great. You need a data plan on your watch or a good WiFi connection to have a direct update on the leaderboard.

The app wasn’t working properly. I decide to delete the app and try to download it again but now I’m not able to do that. Only show next to app picture. Purchased. How can I fix this??

This app worked fine, for the most part, for a few months and then 7 months ago it started to glitch. I tried to delete it and add it back since I had payed for it already and it froze. I have emailed SPIVI multiple times and they have not bothered to respond! HORRIBLE customer service. I guess they have my money so they don’t care? I’m a cycle instructor teaching at a facility that have SPIVI so I use SPIVE multiple times a week and it’s very frustrating to me that I can’t use their Apple Watch app and they can’t reply to any of my emails.
