The app needs some work to make it easier to use. I had problems with FaceID not unlocking the app, 5 digit pin is unusual as apposed to a standard 6 digit and the app repeatedly displays a loading screen for no apparent reason which interrupts the user. The deal breaker for me was the inability to load money into your account using Apple Pay, PayPal or credit card. I will not use the service because of this and I have deactivated my account and deleted the app. The last thing I want is another payment processor linked to my bank account. It’s too much of a security risk for me to monitor a large number of payment processors that have access to my data and bank accounts. Please stick to the universally trusted and accepted payment methods. Try again Coca Cola.

Honestly thought this app was gonna be my life saver. I’m a college student struggling with money and sometimes my breakfasts contain of vending machine food and I often times don’t have the ability to get cash out and somehow end up with $1 bills. This app worked the first time but quickly after, the app wouldn’t let me log back in, nothing wrong with my password, the app wouldn’t let just glitch out. I have money on the app and essentially I just lost it.

The min you can load is 5$. It’s only ever worked once and I have no way of getting a refund. The app will find the machine but connecting to it and sending the credits to the machine never works. It will drop the connection and make you start the process all over. I don’t have that kind of time or patience to stand in front of a machine attempting 10+ times only to leave thirsty.

I registered with my email and loaded funds in a snap. I’ve made few purchases on different locations and found it quite convenient. The prices are the same as paying with cash.
