网点服务支撑APP（也称“邮e保”）是为邮储网点人员提供线上承保服务、保全服务、理赔服务、续期服务、客服及基层管理服务的移动化工具，以实现网点服务无纸化和客户服务线上化的要求。其主要功能包括线上辅助投保、契约问题件处理、前置核保等功能，同时完善问题件流转，实现问题件处理的无纸化；保全服务提供保全项目线上化申请和受理；理赔服务提供线上报案、受理并提供理赔须知、定点医院查询、单证下载等相关服务功能；客户服务提供客户查询和客户管理等功能，也具有邮储网点人员关注的资讯查看和培训学习功能。网点服务支撑APP将成为邮储网点人员个人移动工作台，基于邮储网点服务场景，通过以上功能可实现网点服务触点增加、服务线上化、无纸化、自动化，有效提升服务效率和客户体验。
