BdB Premia trade promotion App, using the Moneder loyalty platform, is an App designed to be used in the establishments of Grupo BdB. This means customers who make purchases in the establishments participating in this campaign can use it to make purchases and enjoy the benefits which the Moneder platform has in partnership with Grupo BdB. The Application can be used without having to be registered. In this case, users will have access to the list of establishments of Grupo BdB that have joined the campaign, of which relevant information is provided so that users can easily find what they are looking for and make any purchases in-person. Also, in the case of not being a customer, you have access to news, promotions and agenda events that take place in the shops providing a tool for cohesion as well as a map to mark the geoposition of establishments so that they can be found as easily as possible. The advantage of registering as a customer is that not only do you have access to the information we have discussed above, but they can also receive bonuses in the form of points or euros that can be spent in all establishments of Grupo BdB or only in some particular establishments depending on the type of purchase made. By registering as a customer, they gain access to their customer profile, the status of their balance, and the option, if they wish, to make face-to-face purchases provided they identify via QR code from the App. If they opt for this option, the customer controls what part of their balance they want to spend on the purchase. The data provided by customers upon registration are subject to terms and conditions which customers themselves agree upon registration in a way that they are informed about the purpose of registration and what use will be made of it. These are necessary as a mean of dissemination, to retain and stimulate the purchases by the customers.
