A lot to improve

As a heavy user of different banking apps, I have witnessed this bank online access over the last 10yrs. A big improvement since 2020, however, this app is way behind. Trying always to catch up with online banking industry NBE is still behind it’s other main competitor in Egyptian market. NBE App is extremely slow to open. No text notification to registered mobile upon login. Only when password is changed or ATM transactions & other App transactions. Back button takes you to Home Screen even if in the middle of specific transactions. Bank End of day transactions many times don’t allow processing. Instead of saving the request in a pending state until processing afterwards. After staying idle, you are being signed out but all screens are still available which is a major security concern. I can still go on for other features but faster loading & saving work would be a major improvement to start with. Thank you.

The new version and platform of the app is much better. The implementation of the soft token is, while too late, amazing and makes transfer an easy task. There is a bug regarding the use of biometric for log in that needs to be considered.

This new update is ridiculous it is not open not all I don’t know why kind of business that happened big biggest bank in the Middle East and have that problem where is the technicians to fix the apps

The bank is trying to develop and grow to become a leading bank in Egypt. But they have no experience in banking applications and the App never works properly and had a poor design. Please take a template of any foreign bank and use it, and do not try to be creative - as so far you are the worst application ever!!Wish you focus on digitalization as you managed to improve other things in the bank!
