About Us-
ICICI Prudential Pension Funds Management Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICICI
Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. The Company is a registered pension fund manager under
the National Pension System (NPS). NPS is a voluntary defined contribution pension system
administered and regulated by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA).
The Company commenced its operations in May 2009 after it was appointed as a pension fund
manager by PFRDA. PFRDA has now approved the Company to act as a Point of Presence (POP) under NPS.
