The aim of Voyon Folks mobile app is to enable employees to quickly access your organizational employee profile, to do instant check-in and check-out and to stay connected at all times from your apple phones and iPad.
Here are the key features that make Voyon Folks handy:
Profile – Helps to maintain the information of the employees. An employee self-service user can view and edit his profile details.
Team – Allows an employee to view his/her team members based on reporting hierarchy
Attendance – Real time attendance tracking allows your employees to check-in and check-out from Voyon Folks and to view their attendance. It also captures employees real time location while marking attendance.
Regularization – An option for employees to raise a request and rectify their incorrect attendance entries.
Leave – Simple and user-friendly leave management module that helps an employee to record, manage and keep track of leave details effectively.
Comp Off – When employees work on weekend or on holidays, they will be able to mark the days worked to be taken later as compensatory off, provided the organization allows it.
Holiday - The upcoming holidays are listed. Holiday calendar of the employee displayed with all the applicable holidays along with their type.
Payslip – All the issued payslips of the employee will be listed and can be downloaded
Announcements & Events - announcements from the organization and events conducted by the organization are visible to the employees
Task & Notifications: The count of approval tasks and notifications are shown in the header. Through the approval screen, an approver can approve or reject the request along with approval rejection comments.
Birthday Greetings - The upcoming birthdays of the employees are listed. The users can also greet their colleague via Voyon Folks.
