This is great for both the patient and family members but also benefits the medical team. With patient satisfaction so low with the country’s healthcare system…. this helps patients family members to communicate with the healthcare team getting update to date information on their loved ones. This eliminated my stress for waiting for my daughter during surgery. I wish I had this when I was practicing as a nurse!!!

Gone are the days of being chained to the waiting room. This is the greatest app I’ve used in a long time. It allows me piece of kind when loved ones are in the hospital and gives me the communication I need in stressful situations. I cannot recommend this app enough and I hope to see them in more hospitals soon.

Such an amazing app. I was flying home from the west coast while my sister was having major surgery. I was actually able to receive realtime messages from the operating room right to my iPhone while crossing the states 33,000 feet up. Why don't all hospitals have this?
