I seriously love this place SO much! I’ve tried a ton of Thai places and this is by far the best one I’ve ever tried. They always cook their vegetables completely through, which never seems to be the case at other places. It makes all the difference when the food is actually cooked thoroughly. Also their flavor profiles are just on point and always consistent. I usually alter my order quite a bit and a lot of places either don’t allow that or just don’t do it at all sometimes. But Thai Chili 2 go has never let me down. They get it right every single time. I am so grateful to have found this place, it’s truly amazing!

Tip is annoying

I tip in cash at the location if I have it. Ordering through the app, it automatically adds a 15% tip. You’re able to delete it, but it adds it a couple times when you’re ordering so you have to watch your order.

I love the food and was impressed with the quite intuitive app, but tonight I changed my mind sad changed from pickup to delivery. After hitting the pay button, I got a message to please try again later. Thereafter whenever I tried to place an order, as soon as I tapped the cart icon, I would get a message that my cart wasn’t empty or had expired and presented a button to clear the cart and try again. Upon pressing that button, the app crashed, every time, until I deleted the app and redownloaded it from the App Store.

In user interfaces very light gray text usually means the option is not available. All the text in this app is light gray on a white background, so it appears most everything is “grayed out” not not an option. Even though the options are available it’s difficult to read due to very low contrast. Functionally the app is fine - lets you view the menu and submit an order just fine.
