Decided to try this after the new year bought what I wanted on my computer download the app and the program I got was there waiting for me so far all was going well and I have noticed some changes to my daily habits. There was one lil issue but it was taken care of thanks to their customer support.

I used clear minds back in 2022. I decided to check it out again. When I went to sign back in, it said my user name did not exist. I was prompted to create a new account and offered a free 7 day trial. So I figured sure I will give it a try. I get an email said I was charged for an entire year, no free trial. I reached out to customer service and they said since I used it in 2022 I would not receive a free trial and they would not refund me my money. Why would the system not recognize me signing in, and allow me to create a new account with the same log in email and offer a trial then? What a terrible customer experience and dirty business practice. I tried forgot my password multiple times with my email address and was repeatedly told, no user exists with my email.

If you have downloaded sessions before, this app won’t help you. This app is only by subscription, and they won’t honor your old purchases. Unfortunately, there’s no good way to use their sessions via previous downloads. You have to use up all your storage space to hold them and accessing them is quite tedious. So the app seem like a good idea. But all of my purchases are invalid in the app, and the app requires a subscription, you can’t just buy a session. Once you let your subscription run out, you will never be able to access it without re-purchasing. I used to think they wanted to help people, but I see it now as Just another money grab.

My Recommendation—it can take some ongoing listening to get results. And, Clear Minds seems to offer more than one approach for the same issue, so if one approach doesn’t feel on target try another. Those two things were critical for my success.
