Text everyone at once. Make it feel one-on-one.
Kontact turns your iPhone contacts into something you can actually work with: tag people into groups, save the messages you send over and over, and fire them off as private texts that fill in each person's name automatically.
MASS TEXT WITHOUT THE GROUP CHAT
Pick a group, pick a message, send. Kontact delivers a separate text to each person — nobody sees anyone else's number, and nobody gets dragged into a 30-person thread. Or switch to Group mode when you do want everyone talking in one place.
Before anything sends, you get a preview of the exact text every single person will receive, and you can edit any one of them by hand.
TAG YOUR CONTACTS
Create any tag you want and drop people into it. You choose the names, you choose who goes in. A tag can hold other tags, so a broad one can contain narrower ones.
• City: Miami, NYC, LA
• Clients: Hot Leads, Cold Leads, Existing
• Family: Immediate, Extended
Filter by one tag or several at once, matching all of them or any of them. Then text the whole filtered group in two taps.
SAVE YOUR MESSAGES AS TEMPLATES
Stop retyping the same thing. Save any message as a template, sort templates into categories, and reorder them however you like.
Drop in {First Name}, {Last Name}, or {Company} and Kontact fills in the right details for each recipient, so a message you wrote once still reads like you wrote it for them.
Templates people actually use: class reminders from trainers, listing updates from realtors, a sales pitch you can tweak per audience, event invites, follow-ups after a networking night, opening lines you know work.
FIND THE PERSON YOU JUST MET
Sort by date added and the newest contacts come first. You met them Thursday, you forgot the spelling of their name, and now you don't need it.
BUILT ON YOUR REAL CONTACTS
Kontact reads and writes your actual iPhone address book — no separate copy to maintain, no import step. Add a contact and it lands in Contacts. From any contact you can text, call, FaceTime, email, WhatsApp, or open their Instagram.
Your tags and templates sync to your account, so switching phones doesn't lose your work.

This app is what I was looking for! It has helped me pretty much organize my life. I have messages every day with people with who I'm working at different times/days, thanks to Kontact I can organize my contacts by groups and save the messages that I have to send the following days. I don't spend more time looking for old messages to copy and paste the same information with new clients. It is undoubtedly the best App!

This is one of those apps you download for something specific then use for everything because it’s so convenient. The power of a CRM for phone-based businesspeople and hustlers. Instead of wasting hours categorizing or sending messages to contacts about events, promotions, sales, or reminders, you can send personalized messages and customize contact groups with the touch of a button using Kontact.

Made texting so efficient
syd1883
I used to get so annoyed inviting people to a party. Compose message, type in recipient, paste text, send. Compose new message, type in recipient, paste text, send. Kontact makes it so easy to send the same message to individual people in one fell swoop. Also I can store my friends in groups so it’s easy not to forget somebody. Highly recommend

Somewhat accessible, but further accessibility needs to be improved
jcdjmac
I’m a totally blind user who uses VoiceOver, Apple‘s built-in accessibility feature. This app is somewhat accessible, but further accessibility improvements need to be made. The buttons on the bottom of the screen such as contacts, labels, and send, need to be labeled correctly. Other than that, it’s very simple to use. Hope Accessibility can be enhanced in the future.
Developer Response
Thanks so much for the review. We’re sorry it’s not accessible enough for you and will make plans to improve that. In the meantime, you can always reach out to us with any other comments/concerns via our support email.
Small fixes and polish. Thanks for using Kontact — if it's making your texting easier, a rating in the App Store helps other people find it.
