Image Shrink makes photos smaller in seconds, without making them worse.
Drop in one photo or a whole folder and see right away how big every image will be and how much space you'll save, before anything is written to disk.
THREE WAYS TO SHRINK
• Scale: one slider, with quick 25%, 50% and 75% presets.
• Fit: set a maximum width and height, or pick a preset for email, Instagram, HD, Full HD or 4K. Small images are never enlarged.
• File size: ask for "under 500 KB" and Image Shrink finds the largest dimensions that fit. Apply the limit to each photo, or fit a whole batch into one total, perfect for upload forms and email attachments.
Estimates come from actually encoding each photo, so the sizes you see are exactly what you get.
SEE THE DIFFERENCE
Compare the original and the shrunk version side by side. Drag the divider across, and zoom in to check fine detail before you commit.
THE RIGHT FORMAT
Keep each file's original format, or convert everything to JPEG, HEIC, PNG or TIFF. Use the quality slider to trade size for detail. HEIC is often half the size of JPEG at the same quality. Transparent images are handled correctly.

Keep camera and lens details while removing GPS location, or strip metadata entirely. Photo orientation is always preserved.
