For commercial real estate brokerage companies, individual brokers and any type of commercial investor or manager, I highly recommend using REALNEX as your main real estate software program. Utilization of this software allows you to track prospective deals, coordinate transaction activity-marketing-follow up, financially assess leases and investment opportunities, anywhere and at anytime. Technical support is immediate and complete! And much more! I have used this program for years in my commercial real estate brokerage business. More importantly, the program improved my production, efficiency and revenue generation while allowing me more free time to enjoy family and life. Not sure you can ask for more of a software program! I have yet to find any other program that is better suited for commercial real estate brokerage!

If you want to work from anywhere/anytime you should get Realnex. It is similar to having your office with you 24/7 via cell phone-iPad laptop or computer. Using Realnex I am able to travel all over and never miss a beat serving my clients. Our business is changing drastically with modern technology! Don’t get left behind at your desk with a pencil and paper in hand! My commercial brokerage business is more efficient, effective and productive using all the tools Realnex offers! Get Realnex - Get out & Get going!!!Highly recommended from someone with +/- 40 yrs in commercial real estate!

I was excited to see this app so I downloaded it in hopes it would be a real time resource for my CRE business (KWC agent). But after downloading, my excitement quickly faded. Some information is reporting real time, such as the contacts, but now I can search and find a contact by the company name. In fact, getting “fetch error” so who knows what that issue is??
