Aramark took over food service at my employer and recommended we use this app for functions like ordering lunch. I’ve tried to use it several times on my iPhone. The app simply does not work. By this I mean functions like tapping a button, entering info etc do not work. The app just sits there. Setup process for it is also ridiculously complicated. I have not even been able to reach the point of accessing a food menu with this app after three separate attempts to set up an account on three different days. Out of the hundreds of apps I’ve used in my life I can safely say this is one of the bottom ten. I have given up and deleted it.

Most Awkward App Ever

I use this app a couple of times a week and find it very awkward. Selecting options does not flow smoothly. The payment still does not work consistently. It is difficult to figure out how to reuse a saved credit card and I end up reentering it each time. It also does not recognize a previously entered card so you have to enter all the information over and over.

Unable to create account and no support links work

Tried to register for my work restaurant but the app says my phone number is already in use but there is now way to contact the support team to work out if I have a login. All the support links are broke or lead to a login page that says I need to register. Stuck in a failing loop. Terrible app if there is no working support.

November 29, 2022: Just installed app. Attempted to setup account. The step to search for locations doesn’t work. The restaurant I want to add is for the cafeteria at the company where I work. I entered the city, state, ZIP of the company in the search prompt. There were no returned search results. A search really didn’t seem to have engaged. Hence, I couldn’t setup an account. Disappointing.
