instED provides urgent medical care 7 days a week in the comfort of your patient’s home, utilizing a network of specially-trained paramedics to provide high-quality and compassionate care for even the most complex cases. Providing on-demand, in-home urgent care, instED allows patients to avoid unnecessary and avoidable Emergency Department visits and the possible inpatient hospital admissions that can follow.

As a provider, you can use instED’s Provider App to request a visit for your patients. You will have full visibility into the entire workflow of the visit starting from when it is processed by instED’s triage nursing team, to when the paramedic is on their way to see that patient and when the visit has been completed.
