Changes to make AWG Calculator more user friendly.

Spanish language support has been added to the app. Additionally, improvements were made to cable calculations to ensure the protection of smaller gauge conductors according to NEC 240.4(D). If a small conductor doesn't meet NEC 240.4(D), the app adjusts to the minimum safe size automatically.
