Cellde Omni DemoV4 app is a part of mobile buyback process. Mobile buyback process allows the seller (user) to sell his/her mobile device on our website after evaluating the device from this diagnostics app.
The seller login into this app with the help of QR Code on the website and conduct certain automate and semi-automate diagnostics tests on the device and submit the results back to the portal.
Diagnostics results determine the buyback price of the device and if a user accepts the offer price then website initiates the trade-In process for the seller.
During this whole process, the solution does not take access or control of the user’s device. The app captures general device health statistics and makes the end-users a part of this evaluation process.
