if you’re looking to get back into the gym and need help, Healthies is your bestie!!! y’all the workouts are absolutely killer. you have a plethora of options & it just about has everything you can think of from HIIT, to running, to weight lifting. my favorite section is definitely the HIIT & those leave me questioning why i love this section so much (in the best way possible). i’ve never seen a running section like the one in Healthies, and it’s perfect if you’re starting to get into running. the lifting portion is literally chef’s kiss. and to top it off, Healthies has a nutrition section with a grocery list AND meals created by Kylie herself!!! what?! it’s unreal y’all. don’t take it from me - download the app, and do the free trial run and try it out for yourself. Healthies does not disappoint!!!!

I am an avid Healthies user and for good reason. This is my favorite fitness app and all that you will need. Whether you’re looking for a treadmill run, a body weight hiit circuit, or a glute focused lift, Healthies is your girl. And if you can’t decide - the app can randomly decide for you :) the app is a seamless digital experience and very user friendly. All of the moves are demonstrated for you if you need a form check or if you have no idea what a laying skull crusher is. This app makes your workout experience more efficient, enjoyable and effective. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, she also has a whole section of the app dedicated to nutrition tips and ideas. Huge fan of Healthies and would recommend to all!!

I have been following Kylie for a while and love her physique and work ethic. I feel this app is lacking a bit in terms of uniqueness and difficulty levels. I have been training for 8+ years so I can put together a routine on the fly at the gym but I thought this would be a fun change. The workouts seemed a little basic, squats, lunges, pull ups.. I would say this app is great if you are just starting out and learning how to put together a workout at the gym. It also would seem difficult to practice progressive overload with a new routine every week. Another issue was with the recipes there was not much detail. For example there was one with peanut sauce. There was no recipe for the sauce and no brand recommendation. I would have to look up a recipe for a recipe.. I hope over time there is some more detail put into the routines and recipes but unfortunately it was not for me.

I absolutely love this app. I am someone who loves working out but does not know exactly what to do in the gym. This app has helped me so much because the workouts are all labeled and so easy to follow. I feel like it has really spiked not only my progress but also my confidence in the gym. Another thing I love about the app is the meal recipes. I am not the most creative person in the kitchen but love trying new things. These recipes are great and taste AMAZING. I love the grocery list feature. I am such a list girl and it has made grocery shopping that much easier. Overall I love this app and would recommend it to anyone looking for workout and meal help/ideas!!!
