Please fix the bug

I love so much playing the game and it is really enjoyable. But I can’t play too much in one time because it stops working and can’t do anything after you pass two or three level at most in one time . Even my phone become slow running for a while. Firstly, I though it is my phone error ( coz I use iPhone X which is a bit out of date now ) . After reading the reviews , I know my thought was wrong. Please fix the issue .

The game is interesting and the more level up, the more enjoyable the game is. Nonetheless, I can play only one level comfortably, then when I play another or watch ads, can't touch the screen and there is a bug in the system. I've tried the sound off in the setting but nothing different.

This is fun to play helping squirrels and their sounds are cute. But when the ads are popping up, the delays in sounds and I can’t touch the screen. There are delays and bugs. Please update and fix the bug. Thanks to all admin and appreciate your great effort.
