ABOUT THE COACH:-
Ashley is the founder and head coach at FitMama’s Club. With over 12 years of experience, he has trained thousands of clients with different body types and fitness goals. He has worked with several renowned clients and was also Featured as the body double for Dwayne ‘ The Rock’ Johnson in Fast and Furious. In his journey as a fitness trainer, he came across several mums who did not have the right guidance and platform that catered to their needs and fitness goals. This led to his idea of creating an online platform that would provide mothers with useful information, customized weight-loss training and nutrition plan. His ultimate goal is to help mums get fit, healthy and stay motivated through expert advice, tips and real-life transformations!
