• Product, gift and reward names are now in Hindi, Urdu and Bengali. • In English, products, waste types and cities now show their English names.

• Follow your collector on the map along their real route, with an arrival time and a card to chat or call. • Handlers: the day's plan on the map in order, confirming the warehouse's products before accepting a task, and picking the products handed to the customer. • Warehouse notifications open the right list. • Support WhatsApp and call buttons open straight away.

• This month's area and city rankings in My Rewards, and sharper welcome pictures. • Handlers: "All orders" split into late, today and upcoming, a "Late" tag, and "Cancel" on each order card. • Warehouse keepers: "Orders" to assign a collector, stock counts that open with every item at its stock and a search, waste and gift details with a "Prepared" button, and a warehouse picker. • Cashiers: "Handed over" after a hand-over.

• Area and city rankings by this month, this year or all time. • Handlers: confirm receiving customers' gifts from the warehouse, with a notification. • Warehouse keepers: receive each material with its weight and scale photo, settle shortages and excess, and close the handler's day. • Stock counts with total points, and warehouse support requests with notifications. • Warehouse analytics with uploaded reports. • Contact the team from the menu. • Arrows now point the right way in Arabic.

• New gift step: pick gifts on products or on services within your order's points. • Points bucket: what you picked stays saved until you finish the order. • Rate your handler on three things: honest weighing, courtesy, communication. • Set your location on the map so your area is exact. • Languages: Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu and Bengali. • For handlers: smartest route order, automatic attendance, and a photo before confirming a pickup.
