The ‘Your Local Factor’ app has been designed to allow the viewing of your property accounts a convenient process for all of our clients.
On the go access of common charges, contractor invoices are a quick login away, offering transparently to repair and maintenance works that have taken place at your property.
The ability to vote along with your fellow homeowners for large repair schemes through the app can improve the response times for a decision to be made allowing work to be instructed more efficiently.
