The old app let me reorder my previous orders- this one has a button but no matter how many times I’ve manually input my order it doesn’t retain and it says “no orders in the last 6 months” it’s such a pain half the time I don’t bother and just order elsewhere

I am so frustrated and upset! This app is barely functioning and will not properly take your order. I tried to place an order for three simple things: tomato, mozzarella, and basil. Due to the layout of the app the text will fall into the next category. Basically, you are NOT selecting what you believe you are selecting. It took an hour to get my pizza only for me to receive a feta, artichoke, and garlic pizza. I feel like I wasted my time on an app when calling in and ordering is just as good.

Every time I try and do an online order and get to the payment section it always says my card is declined no matter which cad I try and use. So then I call in the order. The pricing must be different as well the phone order was about 5 bucks more. Time to hire a pro to make your app it needs to be not something that is not good.

I always have issues with the app. Now, I’m trying to order delivery like we always do and now it’s saying my address isn’t within their zone or is incorrect. It’s the same address I’ve always had in their system. So I guess I’m not getting delivery. Such a headache.
