The stories are very interesting and easy to get sucked into. Episodes however are very short and as the listener progresses, the cost of coins per episodes increase and do not unlock in a timely fashion. Coins should be more accessible - perhaps through ads or reviews. Purchasing 500 coins- 1000coins is $10-$20 however episodes are 20 coins per to unlock. Many of the stories are only available on this app. Making coins more accessible would bring in more listeners.

About a month ago the app glitched and I lost access to my account and for some reason my password wasn’t working so I tried to change the password. However, upon receiving the link I realized the link wouldn’t work because something was wrong on their end. I immediately emailed the app developer and was sent down a rabbit hole of “troubleshooting solutions” that never solved anything. I’d sent screenshot after screenshot, video recordings of me trying to access my account unsuccessfully, and after two weeks of back and forth with no resolution, they stopped responding all together. I tried resolving the issue across multiple devices and I have requested a new link at least 30 times to no avail. Two days prior to this I had spent $50+ paying for chapters to books and a membership that I now can’t access because the app developer has done absolutely nothing to assist me and now won’t respond to my emails asking for assistance or a refund. I have downloaded some bad apps, but this one is by far the worst I’ve encountered to date and their customer service is subpar at best.

The app is only great if you pay for it. In order to finish most of the dramas, it requires payment. On the upside every week they offer a couple dramas to watch for free, for a small period of time. But I do wish that it offered the option to watch commercials to open chapters. It got me hooked on one drama and then insisted on payment. I was never able to complete it. It is very frustrating. I do a lot of these apps and they always have the option to watch commercials to open chapters. The only option this gives is check in, where you get five points, but in order to open a chapter, it requires 39. At five points a day it takes over a week to open one chapter.This is very frustrating and not user friendly. I am going to most likely delete it.

The fiction is pretty cool, leaves the reader wanting more but the writing is inconsistent, sometimes the names of the MC or other recurring characters get botched and confuses the readers. My first complaint is that there is no option to purchase an entire novel and the chapters are quite expensive being that certain novels have hundreds of chapters. My biggest complaint is I clicked on the membership option, approved the payment but have not been given the 10 coins per day as stated.Entertaining content but not sure if it’s worth it.
