At NPTV, our mission is to get you training at your maximum potential through Pilates workouts that you can do at home or on-the-go. Our signature style is athletic and form-focused. We offer a variety of classes for all levels, as well as specialized and target-training workouts like Prenatal, Glutes & Abs, Glutes / Abs / Arms, Pilates Sculpt, and Jumpboard.
We offer an athletic approach to classical Pilates choreography. Our focus on form and use of props will engage your muscles for a full-body burn and increase your strength. Our class programming style and focus on movement intention will deepen your mind-body connection.
- Athletic approach
Our classes are athletic in nature, meaning we group exercises by muscular focus. We work the same muscle group in different ways until activation is achieved. Through our use of muscle-focused programming, props, reps and resistance, you will feel a full-body activation in every class. As your muscles get stronger, you can add props or increase the resistance, so you never plateau.
- Form-Focused
We pay special attention to form in all our workouts, so be sure to turn your camera on during livestream classes. Our talented instructors will ensure your form is correct so that you feel the exercise appropriately and safely. We also offer modifications to assist or challenge you as needed.
- Simple & Effective
We feel simple movements are easier to follow and more efficient. We have distilled many of the highly choreographed classical Pilates exercises into simple movements that are great for everybody (and every body). These simple movements will bring awareness to the muscles we are trying to activate and give you a full-body burn each class.
