App doesn’t allow you to redeem any promos offered or maybe training needs to be facilitated in terms of teaching staff how to help customers redeem their promos. Order for pickup is extremely annoying as you can only order in 15 minute intervals. One store location didn’t have a scanner to redeem spurs and so I had to order online to receive my spurs however that led to me waiting in the store for over 15 minutes because the cashier didn’t receive my actual order. It was 11:07pm and I have to wait until 11:30pm to retrieve my food because my order isn’t showing on the display. It’s not the best app though it does have potential.

Amazing experience every time at Texas Chicken & Burgers! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor, but what really stands out is the service. The staff treats you like family from the moment you walk in. Everyone is welcoming, respectful, and genuinely cares about the customers. It’s hard to find places today with this kind of hospitality. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service!

Unable to adjust price, try ordering different items or order at a later time. Horrendous app, much worse than other more well known restaurants. App cannot process orders properly. Do not install. Horrible app. Does not deserve to be on the App Store. Easily a 1 star app.

Was forced to make a new account once they updated the app. Lost all my previous spurs. Used to order routinely and regularly with ease. Now I can’t even use any “offer” that the app says I have. It says I have an offer for 20%, I go to checkout and it doesn’t apply. On top of all this, they increased prices. The sole reason I haven’t ordered from this place in over 3 weeks is because of the app UI is all over the place, the offers don’t work and I’ve lose all my spuds I had previous to the update.
