ReadiSupervise enables shift supervisors and dispatchers on the Readi FMIS platform to get a bird’s eye, predictive view of on-duty fatigue in their crew. Supervisors receive notifications at the start-of-shift that indicate operators who are flagged for high fatigue risk, and they can view flagged operators in a single tap. From there, supervisors can proactively manage task assignment to ensure the right worker is assigned the right task at the right time — enhancing productivity and safety, and ensuring shifts run smoothly and effectively. One-tap intervention logging enables seamless record-keeping, without distracting supervisors from the core of their operations.
