Covering 34 hectares of land it is nestled on the southern slopes of Table Mountain and has an unrivaled view of the picturesque valley of Hout Bay. It comprises both freehold homes and sectional title lodges where families can enjoy a secure, carefree lifestyle. This app brings security, simplicity and convenience to community living within the estate. Our mobile application provides an all in one platform for enabling communication amongst all involved.
There are plenty of features that this incredible app offers:
Residents can receive push notifications from management with ease. They can also contact management through the chat function, specifically targeting the correct person within management.
View general estate information, from rules and regulations to management details as well as contracted service providers.
Residents are able give their opinions in discussion forums and can vote from the comfort of their home.
Receive levy bills straight on the app.
Use the app to request approvals, from a new pet to enclosing a patio.
Residents can report anything from general maintenance, to security concerns, to general complaints and can include photos and the geolocation details in order for management to address problems quickly and conveniently.
The security button can be pressed to request immediate security response with your location, or you can send a community alert, or an anonymous tip off.
Find nearby places, from restaurants, to hospitals, shops and many more places of interest around your community.
Use the app to quickly and conveniently get quotes or contact service providers in your area.
There are even more features available to management.
Smart access allows management to receive and respond to approval requests, resolve reported issues, or discuss queries on the app.
Management can easily keep its community engaged by creating once-off or scheduled notifications, a voting poll or getting their opinion in a discussion forum.
Bespoke Management tools like; searching for a property, pet, vehicle or resident’s details in the app, pulling activity reports for a management meeting or using the task management feature to allocate tasks and follow their progress.

New in this release:
• Send access on WhatsApp: open a chat with any mobile number, with the visitor's access details already filled in. They don't need to be in your contacts. For QR-only access, the app then helps you send the QR code too.
• Contactless codes for deliveries and services now use the same Get Access request, including any extra fields your community has set up, and show as "Contactless" in Visits.
• After a request you go straight to Visits, where your new access is listed. The results screen only appears if something needs your attention.
• Revoke any active code from its details in Visits, including contactless codes. Older codes that your revoke also cancelled now show as Revoked.
• Clearer code labels in Visits: "QR code only", "Held at the gate" or "No code to show".
• Copy a code by pressing and holding it.
• When a visitor can't be saved, the app now tells you why where it can, instead of asking you to try again. Country-code search also finds codes like +65.
• In instant-access communities, Get Access issues the pass straight from the visitor list.
• Visit details show your estate's message even when the code is kept at the gate.
• Get Access, step by step: choose the visitor type first, and the app asks only for the details that type needs — including any extra fields your community has set up.
• Tap Get Access on a visitor to go straight to their details, and add more visitors to the same request in one go.
• One Add New Visitor button: enter details by hand or pick straight from your phone book.
• Sharing access now sends a QR card with the code and details, plus the link, so your visitor has everything at the gate.
• Clearer day and time limits for multiple-entry access, with explicit Enable Day and Disable actions.
• If a request fails, you can see exactly what went wrong and report it to support in a couple of taps.
• Gate-pass requests from security notifications now show an accurate time limit and arrive as time-sensitive alerts.
• A contactless code requested for a saved visitor is now linked to that visitor, so Visits shows who it is for.
• Your community's own features can now appear on the Create screen.
• Signed community forms now open in your browser, so you can save the PDF.
• Features your community hasn't finished setting up no longer appear.
• Easier navigation within Access, plus fixes for the visitor list and deleting visitors.
• Signing in no longer keeps loading when the server can't be reached; the app now shows a message instead.
