Spending too much time on laundry? Schedule a pickup and we'll transform laundry time into you time. Here's how it works:
1) Schedule a Pickup
Create an account and select your pickup day and time. (Provide any special instructions or promo codes as well.)
2) Dirty Laundry Gone
Put your laundry and dry cleaning out for pickup. If you are a new customer, you can place it out in trash bags, hampers, or any labeled bag.
3) Clean Laundry Delivered!
We'll pick up your laundry, clean it according to the instructions you provided, and return it in the delivery window you selected. Wash and fold laundry has a minimum 48 hour turnaround and dry cleaning is one week.
FAQs
Who will be cleaning my laundry?
We clean all laundry in our laundry facility by professionals who clean laundry as a full time job. Your clothes will never be cleaned with other people's clothes.
What kind of detergent do you use?
Our default detergent is unscented, usually either All or Arm & Hammer. You can request scented detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets when you place your pickup.
Do I have to be home for pickups or deliveries?
Nope. Though it's helpful if you are available by phone or text in case we have a hard time finding your pickup.
Do you do wash and hang?
Yes, we can hang items. Please let us know in the notes when you place your pickup.
What do I put my laundry in for my first pickup?
You can put your laundry out in any bag you'd like. Many people use disposable trash bags for their first order. We will return your order in our customized wash & fold bags.
Can I request no plastic?
Absolutely! We're happy to bag in paper instead of plastic. Just let us know in the pickup notes.
Do you do dry cleaning?
Yes, we do. The turnaround for dry cleaning is one week.
What if I have a problem with my order?
You can message us through the app or by email clean@washstreet.com
