McCoy has developed the new age career and business networking product. Rooted in video and authentic content, McCoy should be the standard of which job seekers use to find new and interesting opportunities as well as showcase their own unique brand. I wish this app existed years ago but am so happy it’s here now. Research has always shown us that plain interviewing is not a good predictor of job efficiently, but this really feels like it solves that problem. Being able to screen candidates and get to know them via video reels before deciding to interview is really helpful. Also, the app itself is very user friendly and sleek.
