Even if you have this program installed, remove it from your phone because it works very poorly. The order is delivered every other day and not on the specified date. rude attitude from the support team. Spare your time, nerves and money.

Do not use this company
I tried to use this company for a funeral that took place on a Sunday. Because their webpage
Guarantee’s a 24/7 delivery due to their huge floral network. On my Saturday order they said they found a florist to took the order. No flowers showed up on Sunday. I had to track them down on Monday to find this out. And then they said they would only give me a partial rebate. I went to my bank and got a full rebate.
This business is just a Internet presence and broker’s orders for flowers. They have no real relationships with florists. And thus no real help in managing the florist.
And please don’t bother with your AI response “we’re sorry for this situation, please contact us”. I did for three days with you and you did nothing!
