Anya: Calorie Counter & AI
Food Tracker, Diet & Macros
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Anya is your 100% AI nutrition assistant. Talk to her like you would to a dietitian: she logs your meals, does the math, gives advice and helps you get organized.
JUST TALK, SHE HANDLES THE REST
• "Salmon poke and an iced tea for lunch": logged, calories and macros included
• A photo of your plate: each food is recognized, weighed and labeled right on the picture. Tap a label to correct it
• "A strawberry yogurt": Anya shows you real products (Open Food Facts) with their photos, you pick
• "I did 1 hour of boxing": the calories burned are estimated from your weight and added to today's budget
• "I drank a bottle of water": your hydration is tracked
A REAL ASSISTANT, NOT A FORM
• Your fridge: say or show what you have, and she suggests recipes that fit your budget
• Weekly meal plans: every dish described, its detailed recipe one tap away, and a shopping list sorted by aisle to check off or share
• Training programs (Hyrox, running, getting back in shape) with dated sessions and reminders
• Vitamins and minerals tracked using the Ciqual food composition table (ANSES)
YOUR PLAN, CALCULATED FOR YOU
• Calorie and macro targets based on your profile (Mifflin-St Jeor)
• Adaptive goal: your real expenditure recalculated from your scale and your log
• Weekly review, weight curve, body measurements, private progress photos
SCAN YOUR PRODUCTS
• Barcode: score out of 100 (nutrition, additives, organic), Nutri-Score, NOVA, additives explained, better-rated alternatives
• Allergen alerts based on your profile
• Your allergies, diet and tastes are respected in every meal plan and every recipe
BETTER TOGETHER
• Private invite-only groups: share your days, meals and workouts
• Challenges with friends: hydration, protein, steps, consistency
ALSO
• Apple Health: steps, active calories, sleep, weight, water
• Optional account, sync across devices, Sign in with Apple
• A log made for your thumb: search Open Food Facts products, "same as yesterday", recipes and favorites
FREE AND PRO
The log, search, barcode scanner and groups are free. 3 messages to Anya are included every day. Anya Pro unlocks the assistant with no limits.
