Good application but It Needs improvement cause it gets stuck and crushed every several minutes and also when you search something, you cannot find it. I hope you improve it soon.

My account has been frozen for a reason that I tried contacting the customer service multiple times and I didn’t get a response from them.I tried changing my location on the app because I was in a different city for a while, it didn’t work I immediately contacted them they didn’t respond, then the delivery guy called I told him I have moved from my location if he can bring it to my new location he said no problem I will bring it back on 6th of October because on 6th I would come back to Erbil, no one called back I even texted them that I am available to receive the order and today my account is frozen for something that is completely customer service’s fault. Ever since i have started using the app and even now they do not pick up the phone or answer messages the customer service even declines calls when you call them.

I recently downloaded and tried out the Bestbid app in hopes of finding great deals and an efficient bidding platform. It feels as though I'm waiting ages just to see what's available for bidding.3. Buggy Auctions: Participating in auctions through the app has been a cumbersome experience. Bids don't always register correctly, and I've encountered instances where I've been charged for bids that didn't go through.4. Unresponsive Customer Support: When I tried to address these issues with the app's customer support, I received no meaningful assistance. Their responses were slow, and the solutions offered did not effectively resolve my concerns.In light of these problems, I find it challenging to recommend the Bestbid app to others. It simply does not meet the basic standards one would expect from an auction and deal-finding platform. The app requires significant improvements in terms of performance, reliability, and customer support to be considered a valuable and trustworthy resource for online shopping and bidding.I hope the developers take these issues seriously and work on enhancing the user experience in the future. Until then, I advise potential users to approach the Bestbid app with caution, as it may not deliver the seamless and enjoyable shopping and bidding experience one would hope for.

This is not a real bidding app, the app owners present items for bidding and exaggerate the “real price” for each item hopping they can sell it for a higher price deceiving the buyer that got a deal ( a 70 -50% of the original price that is not even real) + adding 5% of any item price as profit for them, the proof is that all the items are random and they don’t update often and all the pictures for the items are website pictures not normal pictures taken by people thus the only one who can sell items are the app owners.An example is i saw a creality 3d printer specifically the ender 3 V2 In the app its “real price” is 350$ yet you can get the same printer for 200$ from a verified supplier in the country, or it being listed as 170$ in tbe official chinese creality website that manufactures these printers, You can check this your self just look up any item and search its real price from the official item website. Very disappointing and disgusting
