Supposed to play music to calibrate and doesn’t Support is non existent- or at least so well hidden that it’s uselessI have over the ear Senseiser and they are awesome but the ear covers degrade quickly and cause skin rash and sores

Pls make sure you have version 1.1 of the app.If you go to "Settings" and then "Speech Clarity", a demo song will automatically start. Is it what you were looking for?Alternatively you may play your own content while changing the settings.Or maybe you wanted "SmartControl" App? The TV Clear app is solely for the TV Clear Earbuds. For all other Sennheiser products pls refer to the Smart Control.Please refer to https://product-support.sennheiser-hearing.com/s/article/Sennheiser-TV-Clear-first-use for many other useful support topics.
