With more than two dozen world class and best-in-class cultural institutions, museums, non-profits, and other partners, Project Rainbow, a Cook County initiative, is a free on-demand video content app designed to be an informative and educational multimedia resource to be utilized by children and the entire family, alike. Created to inform, inspire and impact, a portion of Project Rainbow content will draw on the partnership and expertise of award-winning teachers who are also Illinois state-certified teacher evaluators.
